Bloss & Dillard is not an insurance company. It is a managing general agency in Huntington, West Virginia, and it has worked with independent agents since 1954. It takes business from agents across West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland, and it does not sell to the public directly.
