The pages of piawv.com that begin with piawv.com/elkins, and the insurance services offered through them, are provided by Parrack Insurance Agency LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Some pages of piawv.com, such as the homepage and the blog, are shared with Jon W. Parrack II Inc. (doing business as Jon Parrack Insurance). The two agencies are separately owned. Each is responsible only for its own pages and services, and neither is responsible for the other's.

By using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes apply only to use of the Site after they are posted, and never to a dispute that arose before the change.

Submitting a form, sending an email or text, leaving a voicemail, or calling us does not start, change, renew, or cancel any insurance. Coverage begins or changes only when we or the insurance company confirm it to you in writing, such as a binder, a declarations page, or a confirmation from a licensed agent.

A quote request is not an application. It does not make us your agent for that request, or create any duty to obtain coverage, until we accept the request and confirm it to you.

We review requests during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM). We do not monitor forms, email, texts, or voicemail outside those hours. Forms and email can fail. If you have not heard from us within one business day, please call us at 304-636-0899.

If you need coverage started or changed by a certain date, call us during business hours and do not rely on coverage until you receive written confirmation.

Every quote is an estimate based on the information you give us. It is subject to the insurance company's underwriting and approval and can change before a policy is issued.

Everything we publish on this Site, including blog posts, FAQs, articles, videos, checklists, and page content, is general information about how insurance commonly works. It is standard industry knowledge, written to help you ask better questions. It is not a statement about your policy.

Every insurance policy is different. Coverage, exclusions, limits, and definitions vary by insurance company, by policy form, by state, and by the endorsements on your policy, and they change over time. No blog post, FAQ, or other content on this Site is guaranteed to be complete, current, or correct for your situation, and some of it will not apply to you.

We are not interpreting your coverage or deciding any claim through this Site. Nothing published here is a determination of whether a loss is covered or how a claim will be handled. Only the insurance company that issued your policy decides coverage and claims, according to the policy language. For questions about your own policy, contact us or your insurance company directly.

Nothing on this Site is legal, tax, or financial advice.

We are an independent insurance agency. We are not an insurance company. We help you obtain insurance from the insurance companies we represent.

Your coverage is defined only by the policy the insurance company issues. If anything we or this Site says differs from your policy, the policy controls.

Parrack Insurance Agency LLC is licensed in West Virginia and offers insurance only in West Virginia. License details are available on request.

You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate information, and for telling us about changes, such as new drivers, vehicles, buildings, or business operations. Incorrect or missing information can lead an insurance company to deny a claim or cancel a policy.

Please read your policy documents when you receive them, and tell us promptly about anything that does not match what you asked for.

We do not guarantee that any insurance company will accept an application, offer a particular price, or pay a claim. Underwriting, pricing, and claim decisions are made by the insurance company under its policy. We can bind coverage on behalf of an insurance company only where that company has authorized us in writing.

We do not take payments on this Site. Links to insurance company websites for payments, claims, or account access go to sites the insurance company operates. A payment or claim is received only when the insurance company accepts it, so keep its confirmation.

We try to keep these links current, but always check that you are on the insurance company's official site. If a link does not work, call the insurance company at the number on your policy or call us. Payment and claim deadlines are not extended because a link was wrong or unavailable.

Reviews shown on this Site are copies of reviews customers posted on Google. They describe individual experiences and are not a promise of any result, price, or claim outcome.

Please use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or the systems connected to it

If someone makes a claim against us because you violated these Terms, misused the Site, or knowingly gave us false information or information you had no right to give, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including attorney fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Randolph County, West Virginia.

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• The sections on quote requests, general information, warranties, liability, indemnification, and governing law continue to apply after you stop using the Site.
• We may transfer these Terms to a successor business. You may not transfer them.
• Section headings are for convenience only.
• Notices to us must be in writing, sent to the address below.
• These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the Site. They do not change any insurance policy, or any separate written agreement between you and us.
