Have a question or a claim? Call us first.

If Jon Parrack Insurance is your agent, call us at 304-675-4132 before you call the company. We know your policy, we know the adjusters, and we will walk it through with you. The links and numbers below are for after hours, or for when you just want to pay a bill. Affinity Nonprofits is a broker we place business through, not the company on your policy, so start with us.

Pay Your Bill

Affinity Nonprofits publishes one general line rather than a billing number, so we do not list it here. Call our office and we will handle it.

Claims

Affinity Nonprofits administers the program; the company that issued your policy handles the claim, and its name is on your declarations page. Call us and we will get you to the right adjuster.

On anything involving a board decision, an employee, or a volunteer, report it as soon as you hear about it even if nothing has been filed. Directors and officers and employment practices coverage both turn on when the claim is reported, not when the underlying thing happened.

About Affinity Nonprofits

Affinity Nonprofits is Aon’s program for nonprofit organizations, and it covers more than sixty-five thousand of them. It is built around the thing nonprofits get wrong most often: the board. Directors and officers liability here covers past, present, and future directors, officers, trustees, employees, committee members, and volunteers, with limits to ten million, defense costs paid outside the policy limits, and employment practices liability included rather than sold separately.

Beyond the board, the program writes the rest of what a nonprofit runs on: property, general liability, auto, professional liability, abuse and molestation, excess, fiduciary liability, crime, event cancellation, and volunteer accident coverage. Abuse coverage and volunteer accident are the two that a general commercial policy usually leaves out, and for a social service agency or a youth organization they are the whole point.

Where Affinity Nonprofits tends to fit

Affinity Nonprofits tends to fit a nonprofit with a real board and real volunteers: a social service agency, a youth organization, a foundation, an association, a food bank, a senior living or community group. The board and the volunteers are the exposure people forget to insure. If your situation is more complicated, we represent companies that specialize in it. Either way, we quote across everyone we write with before recommending anything.
