Pay Your Bill
A flood policy is billed by the company that issued it, or through our office. Your invoice will say who to pay, and if it is not clear, call us and we will sort it out.

You can also text the word Claim to 877-636-8572 and Aon Edge will send a link to file from your phone.
On an Excess Flood policy, the underlying NFIP policy has to pay its full limit before the excess policy pays anything.
About Aon Edge
Aon Edge is a private flood insurance program run through Aon, and it is not the National Flood Insurance Program. Private flood is worth quoting against the NFIP because it often costs less, can cover more, and does not carry the NFIP waiting period on every policy.
It writes two things we use. EZ Flood is a standalone private flood policy for a home or a business. Excess Flood sits on top of an NFIP policy for property worth more than the NFIP will insure, and it pays only after the underlying policy has paid its limit.
Where Aon Edge tends to fit
If you are in a flood zone in Mason County or along the Ohio or Kanawha, this is the second quote worth having next to the NFIP. It fits homes and businesses that need more coverage than the NFIP maximum, that want to skip the waiting period, or that simply price better in the private market. Either way, we quote across everyone we write with before recommending anything.
