Pay Your Bill
Your premium is billed by the insurance company that issued your policy, not by BackNine. Set up automatic payments with that company if you can, since a lapsed life policy is expensive to replace later.
Claims
A death claim goes to the insurance company named on the policy, not to BackNine. Call our office and we will identify the company, get the claim forms started, and deal with them for you. Nobody should have to work that out alone.
About BackNine
BackNine is not an insurance company. It is a brokerage we work through for life insurance, annuities, disability, and long-term care, with more than 130 carrier appointments behind it.
What that means for you is that a single application gets shopped across a lot of companies at once, and life underwriting is a place where that matters. Two companies can price the same person very differently depending on health history, medications, weight, or a hobby. The company that ends up issuing the policy is the name on it, not BackNine.
