Claims
Health claims are filed by the doctor or hospital, not by you. If a claim is denied or paid wrong, the member services number is on the back of the member ID card.
For anything about the group itself, the renewal, adding or removing an employee, or a bill, call our office first.

Highmark West Virginia Inc., doing business as Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, is the Blue Cross Blue Shield licensee for West Virginia and the largest health insurer in the state. It is part of Highmark Health, a Pittsburgh-based organization that covers about seven million members across West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York.
We write Highmark for employer groups only. If you are looking for an individual or Marketplace health plan, we are not the office for that, and we would rather tell you up front than waste your time.
