Pay Your Bill
A certificate of insurance is the one thing you can pull yourself in about a minute: you need only your email address and policy number, and you can name the client or landlord on it.
Hiscox handles payment changes on its general policy service line rather than a billing line of its own, so we do not list a number here. Call our office and we will take care of it.
Claims

On a liability claim, send us anything you have been served with before you respond to it. Hiscox appoints the defense attorney, and answering a demand on your own first can complicate that.

Hiscox is a specialist insurer that goes back to a Lloyd’s syndicate in 1901. In the United States it concentrates on small business, and the line it is best known for is professional liability: errors and omissions for consultants, designers, technology firms, agencies, and the other trades where the exposure is the advice given rather than the building it was given in.
The United States products are general liability, professional liability, cyber, and the business owners policy that packages liability with property. Workers compensation is not one of them. Hiscox refers that business to another company rather than writing it, which is why it shows below as not written.
