About Steadily
Steadily was founded in 2020 in Austin, Texas, and writes one thing: insurance for rental property. Steadily Insurance Company is an Arizona insurer and the agency behind it is licensed in all fifty states, so a landlord with property in more than one state can keep it under one company.
Because it was built around rental property instead of adding it onto a homeowners program, the policy is written for how landlords actually lose money: the building, the liability, and the rent that stops coming in while the unit is being repaired.
